Gorgeous and stylish hotel in a quiet area short walk to the city center, and a restaurant within 5-10 minutes walking distance. Quiet and convenient location, near a Raghadan street.

I felt like a VIP staying at The Palm Hotel. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the room was modern and spacious. The breakfast nearby was delicious. I even got some fresh dates from the owner's garden!
Just a few minor hiccups, like not enough hangers and a dirty towel. But hey, I used it as a bathroom mat, so no biggie.

We had a fantastic stay here! The hotel is recently renovated and our room was very comfortable, with everything we needed. The staff were incredibly nice and helpful, even letting us check-in early. The location is excellent, close to everything but also in a quiet area. The hotel facilities were great, and there was a big parking lot right across the hotel. We slept very well in the comfortable bed, and the cleanliness was top-notch. a wonderful experience!
Can't fault the property in any way.

Located in the heart of the city, The Palm Hotel offers spacious, comfortable rooms with modern fittings and a great shower. The friendly and helpful staff provide excellent service and offer valuable recommendations for local dining options. Guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast at a nearby café, and the hotel's convenient location allows easy access to all the main attractions in town. The rooms also feature a fridge and free parking is available close by.
One of the smaller towels in the room was slightly dirty, but this was not a major inconvenience as it was used as a bathroom mat instead.

The room at The Palm Hotel was fantastic! It had a private bathroom with a shower and hairdryer, which was really convenient. The air conditioning kept the room cool, and the flat-screen TV with satellite channels was a nice touch. The minibar and coffee machine were great for a quick refreshment. I also loved the city view from my room, especially from the spacious triple room with a terrace. I felt comfortable and enjoyed my stay as a business traveler.
The only thing I didn't quite like was the bidet in the room. It's just not my cup of tea, but I understand that some people may find it useful.

The rooms were comfy and clean, with all the essentials. the staff was super friendly and helpful, letting us check in early and offering great recommendations. the location was perfect, close to the city center and with plenty of parking nearby.
The hotel is still under construction, with some appliances covered in plastic and missing chairs at the desk. the internet was patchy on the upper floors and there was no daily cleaning service.
